Swetha Siva is an interactive narrative designer and transmedia storyteller working at the intersection of game mechanics, social critique, and empathy. Her work is built to help players immerse, experience, and learn about different perspectives.

She holds an MFA in Creative Writing (Fiction) from the University of Miami and is currently pursuing an MA in Emerging Media Design and Development at Ball State University. Before design, she taught undergraduate creative writing, edited a graduate literary magazine, and worked in grant writing and communication across academic and cultural institutions.

Born and raised in Coimbatore, India, her practice is shaped by her South Asian roots that weave in speculative fiction, non-linear structures, and use storytelling to build community. She believes strongly in the persuasive potential of fiction and play.
